Ever since this morning I have had a really painful pain in my lower chest/upper stomach. Here's were it all started I was spending the night at my friends last night and I sleeped weirdly, and then I switched spots to a different location were I slept on my stomach. When I woke up in the morning I had this really bad pain my ribcage area. It only hurts when I get up from a chair, and when I sit down. What could this be?:(
Did you bruise that area by laying on it? There isn't much detail to go on, but if it persists, see a doctor.
most of your weight was on that spot, that's all . the discomfort will go away soon, promise .
