okay I’ve had a eating issue and I weigh 88 pounds and I’m 15 and im 5’6”. How can I gain weight, because I have a really fast metabolism

Dont eat a lot of junklk food but if you do these it will help! Step 1Eat nutritious foods that are high in calories. Examples are whole-grain breads, vegetables such as avocados and potatoes, kidney beans, lean red meat, poultry and fish.

Step 2Increase the caloric value of your meals. Add powdered milk to casseroles for added calories, add avocados and olives to sandwiches, add wheat germ to your cereal, add chopped meat to your pasta sauce, and so on.

Step 3Avoid skipping meals. Knowing how to gain weight involves consistent eating. Eat three meals a day and at least two snacks.

Step 4Increase your normal portion size. Take a second scoop of pasta, or add two bananas to your oatmeal.

Step 5Choose higher-calorie foods when given a choice. For example, corn is higher in calories than green beans.

Step 6Relax - excessive fidgeting and restlessness can burn up a lot of calories.

Step 7Add weight lifting to your exercise program. It helps build muscle mass.

Step 8Balance your caloric intake with the number of calories you’re burning. You need to be taking in more than you use up, and you may need to ease up a little on your exercise program.

I think you should be added a protein to your diet. You can go to any health food store and pick up one of 2 products: Weight Gainer (My husband has fast metabolism and he uses this to gain weight)

You can also use Protein shakes (which has tons of flavors to try: I use French Vanilla in milk, it tastes just like the ice cream=mmm)

Note I drink the Protein drink First in the morning and again at night.

You can even make them into bars and put them in the freezer. Super Yummy. I put them in the popsickle holder and freeze them. My personal trainer gave me this recipe and its super good and super good for you. (Good even if you are trying to exercise for the first time too)

u can add protein to your diet.. like drink a protein shake in the morning they got stuff called wey protein its basically a powder you can mix with milk or you can mix it with like ice cream and milk and make like a milkshake out of it basically you can put it in anything and it comes in different flavors (vanilla is the best) and that should help you put on some weight… I use to drink it back when I played baseball and it helped me gain weight..
