good luck with it .. their isnt one out there that works for everyone.. theres that new show..on Tlc. but then again.. there diet pills Crab couting.. this and that .. and risks.. with all.. they recommand Consulting the doctor before starting any program .. and who knows maybe the doc may have advice.. ?? I dont know.. some will say this will work and that.. but I did some reacher on it.. cal buring.. walking and such eating smaller meals ,more often apprently keeps your matablism up.. it take 3500 calories to gain 1 pound.. simple walking … finding someone to help maybe a friend.. a little goes along way .. and I think its sad that theirs such a Pressure to be thin.. no-a -days.. with models and covers of mags.. its sad.. your wonderfull who you are..

set small goals.. not huge.. take your time everything good takes time.. try working with a friend.. consault a doctor. Love yourself for who you are ..

and look around the internet is a good tool.. dont push yourself to hard.. and Crash dieting never works.. my sister had an eating disorder.. when you stop eating your body stops buring cal’s.. Eat less more often.. and just get up and go..

like others said, small portions more often. eat every 3 hours and eat about 200 calories (to lose weight quickly)

eat your good carbs, like whole grains, in the morning the rest of the meals eat lean protein and high fiber(veggies) do NOT get rid of fats. you will not lose weight. simply eat good fats, like olive oil and fish oils. drink lots of water and get exercise

important - your body doesnt base weight loss on doing bad or good in a day, it bases it on what you have within a period of 2 to 3 hours. if you eat more than 300 calories in a period of 2-3 hours, then the excess calories turns to fat, because your body cannot process that much food in that amount of time hours. you see? food is fuel , if you give it too much fuel, it just turns to excess weight. keep that in mind!

good luck!

Okay, I’m vegan, and don’t even try going vegetarian or vegan to lose weight. That’s not what it’s for. Reducing the intake animal products will mean that you’re eating less fat, but I find that the people who do it solely to lose weight cheat a lot and only eat junk food. I’d say to back off dairy products and red meat though. Those are awful for you and have very high fat content. Try to get more protein from beans, seafood and legumes. They digest easier than most meats. Eat more vegetables. I think you can only lose weight by eating healthily, and in small portions throughout the day.
