Are diet pills a good idea?

I’ve been working out..running and eating better. I lost 7 pounds but now I haven’t lost any weight since then. I don’t know what to do to change that. I’ve stayed the same weight for a month and a half. What can i do? Do you think that taking pills to lose weight is a good idea? If so, let me in on what kind of pills…

of the studies i’ve heard of, some diet pills are good (i’m not sure which ones, sorry), but if you want to lose weight, try to eat less first. pills can sometimes have bad side effects.

one thing you can do is to drink a glass of water before your meal, which will leave less room for food so you won’t eat as much. also, eating a small salad before meals will also help you to eat less..

and with working out, weight loss isn’t what will happen. muscle weighs more than fat, so the fat that you do lose, will be less than the weight you gain in muscle… so maybe at first you were losing more weight than you were gaining muscles, and now your gaining wait at the same rate as losing it, so you don’t see a difference in the numbers, but the body fat will be less…. if your really concerned about your weight, try weighing your body fat, to see how much of your weight is fat, and how much is everything else that you need..

hydruxicut(hard core) is good i’ve lost weight both ways with and without. as far as side affects when getting to the 2 months of taking it start to irritate my stomach and food dosent digest to good. at this point you should stop for about a month and then back on it if you which to. between the 1 month and half its a great push. drink lots water. oh and you’ll will have to go restroom alot. dont starve with this you will get sick. if you dont every 2 or 3 hours. keep in mind all fat loss pill speed up your heart. good luck
