Ok, so this is a question that has 2 parts, so I have a soccer teri in 3 weeks, and I want to loose weight,how can I do a diet with results? and my second part of my question how can I get extra in shape for the terni any suggestions ???
Try running moreit will help you get faster,build stronger muscles,and loose a little weight...well I doubt you need to loose weight because you are playing soccer. (I know you proboly are sick of running but it helps) Good Luck in your Tournament (:
