One of my colleagues is following the DD and lost a good deal of fat. Choose a good exercise routine including cardio and yoga. Don’t skip meals and keep your body hydrated.
Walking! Walk your dog, walk with your friends or a relative. Walking is so easy, and beneficial! I lost 16 pounds in a month with just walking to everywhere I needed to go. Now that I use the car, I'm not getting that exercise. Also, do not eat after a work out or at night. That bed time snack is just going to be stored as extra fat. Get lots of sleep! You'll have more energy in the day to do activities that will help you lose weight and you'll feel better.
Well, whatever you do... don't skip meals & certainly don't through up afterwards. (Trust me - you lose weight fast but it piles right back on, if not more once you start eating again) Anyways, Drink lots of water and have about six meals a day, very tiny ones. It will make sure you don't get too hungry and binge. Good luck. :)
Well, hitting the gym 3 to 4 days a week but, do a very light weight work out works. I've been hitting them gym to try and built muscle and not lose weight. But, I've lost weight and a bit of muscle as well. but, I also life alot of weights (poundswise)
