how do i looose wait in 1 week ???

You cant lose alot of weight in 1 week, first of all I would set your weight goal for a week say your goal is 3 pounds. Everymorning get up at 7:00 eat a healthy breakfast and then go out for a walk. Second: Dont stay on the computer/tv for more than an house a day.. find somthing to do outside!!

drink a lot of ice cold water.don't eat after a certain time. [ like for example:i don't eat anything after dinner.] drink natrul juices,water,and green tea , and wulong tea.
You cant lose more than a pound or so in a week. You'll need more realistic goals before you can make any real progress.
Don't drink carbonated drinks. Actually, just drink water. Avoid fast food. Exercise. Saw off a leg. Many other options.
