It’ll take some time, most likely a few months, but with persistance, you can do it! Eating healthy foods, such as fruits, veggies, and whole grains, will definitely help. It is recommended by doctors that EVERYONE should get at least an hour of exercise daily. Aerobic exercises (biking, jogging, brisk walking, swimming) are the most effective fat burners.

weight loss does NOT happen fast it happens GRADUALLY and it can take months to loose weight and see results not hours, not days, not weeks…MONTHS healthy eating and regular exercise is the only right way to loose weight anything else will either damage your health make you gain all the weight back and then some or do both and first you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range see a doctor first because you may not need to loose any weight

I don’t like either of the prior answers. It won’t be that hard, and you’re not going to get on the biggest loser. Oviously if you have 100 lbs. to lose you will need to drastically change your eating habbits. From what I’ve heard Weight watchers is the most reasonable, effective and easy to follow program. I highly recomend it. The other ovious answer is exercise. The key is finding something you like to do. If time alone every morning sounds nice to you then you should jog/ speed walk or bike. Sports make it easier to stick with it. Basketball/ volleyball. Hope this helps, and good luck. I honestly think you could lose 100 lbs in 6 months if you stick to a plan. Imagine how much your life would change…so stick with it! :)

Hun…you don’t wanna lose any weight “fast” the faster you loose it the faster it comes back..I know its sounds terrible but try for just one pound a week.

hey capitan assasin… dont be a jerk. anyone can do ANYTHING they put their mind too.

ok now that I’ve said that… it’s going to be hard.. I know I’ve been there. and the other people are right you ahve to make sure your doing it to be HEALTHY. not so you can look like a tooth pick with no figure or cuves… like one of those girls that guys feel like if there with them and they hug them to hard or something then they will snap in two. lol yeah trust me you dont want to be like that either.

Find something that you LOVE to do that burns calories. for me it was; Volleyball, Dance, Biking, running (only when I was mad lol) and cheerleading. when people say you need to extercise they are correct.. but that always triggers the part of our brain that is LAZY. because we always think of the things we DONT want to do. but you can have FUN while burning calories too. in fact its even recomended by most doctors because then you arent stressed about how often or how hard your working out.. because your having fun you arent even thinking about it until its over and you get home and you realise YOUR EXAUSTED!! lol it takes tress away from looseing weight and makes it easier.

as far as eating goes… DO NOT CUT THINGS OUT!!! when you say to yourslef “I will not eat this any more” you automaticly WANT to eat more of it. and it back fires so instead try saying “I will eat less of this” or even “ill eat more of these instead of this” dose that make sense? and dont eat until your FULL. eat until you ARENT hungry. and then drink water until you feel satisfied. it helps A LOT.

When you crave a food its ok to eat it. just dont go all out and like eat a whole cake by yourself ya know? and if you JUST had a treat and your brain says “you shouldnt eat any more” but your mouth and tummy are both telling you “ GIVE IT TO ME NOW!!” you should try chewing on sugar free gum… Ice chips aslo save lives when it comes to craveings… they saved me more then once lol.
