Well there are some other things that can affect your weight. If you play a lot of sports and have more muscle then you will weight more. Your doctor can normally tell you if you are in the healthy zone, and also some schools have a program where you get tested for physical fitness and that will also help determine if you are a healthy weight. But again with more muscle comes more weight!! My friend is about 5'7'' and like 160 her doctor keeps saying shes fat, but she also plays three sports and dances so she is mostly muscle so the doctor has no right to say that. Its different for everyone. As long as you are eating healthy and exercising then youre fine (: sorry i rambled..
i play lots of sports. and i have a high metabolism. i run 2 miles every other day. my mom works in a family doctor office and there are two doctors up there and they say im healthy. i weigh 120 even. i didn't know if others my height and age weighed the same or less or more
not at all... there is no such thing as heavy... if your lifestyle is adequate to your person, than anything is okay... no one should feel ashamed of the way they look..
ahah well at least you have hips! I am 16 4'11 i can still shop in the kid section! Dont worry about sizes they dont do much but make people feel bad about themselves!
trust me i dont feel ashamed. i exercise everyday and play many sports. All the girls at my school always tell me i have a great body

gah i know. so are you a vegetarian? I dont eat a lot of meat. my whole family calls me one and so do all my friends
sweet! but i have really big hips. in True religion jeans i wear a size 30. cause like they measure in hip inches
You should check a BMI chart... but my opinion is that anywhere from 95 to 120 is a healthy, confident weight...

I think 130 fine too. I've got friends about my height who are 140 and still look thin to me:)
