Website ideas, what topic are you interested in seeing in a site?
I have a website but NO ONE visits it. What topic are you people interested in going to a site for?
Welll, the obvious answer is “whatever funadvice has” because you’re asking people who use this website, ya?
The second thing is…how do you know people aren’t visiting your site? Are you using Google Analytics, omniture, visual sciences, clicky, or another analytics package?
If not, you should install one - if you don’t know how to do that, read up on it at analytics.google.com (it’s what we use here). Most decent hosting providers will let you add statistics like that, if they don’t, then use something like Google sites, blogger, or wordpress to host your site so you can see how many visitors you really get.
Then, make sure you’re writing something you enjoy. Eg, if you aren’t having fun making your site, nobody else will have fun reading it.
Last…tell your real life friends about it, and if a topic comes up in a conversation, mention it - eg, “speaking of stuff, did you know I write about stuff at my website?”.

Try something like this! Like giving advice or having different chatting forums like school and relationships.
You have to know what different people are in to. Why not look at other people’s websites and get some good ideas? Also, you could do some of your own research.
