webcams are very cpu intensive so your cpu isnt processing the images quick enough... could also be a bad internet connection, well slow... upgrade your flash player to the most recent 10.1 cus that version lets the gpu help out
i honestly dont know the answer cos i use my fone as a cam and that delays cos its a low megapixel camera :/ sorry
do i need to like download a new flashplayer? because i have an old one.
