What is appropriate to wear to a broadway show?

I was thinking a nice skirt and shirt and tights. I think that part is ok but I wanted to know if uggs are good or no. They dont seem like the the best thing but I’m going during the winter and they would keep me warm. Are they ok?

I’m not crazy about uggs, but since it is winter, yes wear them. Just make sure that they realy blend with your outfit. The other things you are wearing sounds cool and fine to me for broadway.

At broadways shows youll have some people dressed up in dresses and dressy trench coats with heels and others in jeans and a jacket. I would dress up a bit but you can still keep it comfortable and casual. Uggs to me are the opposite of dressy…i would go with another type of boot or shoe.

I’ve been to many and most people do dress up. As long as you don’t wear jeans you will be all good.

when i went to a broadway show i just wore my usual jeans and a t-shirt. you don’t have to get all fancy (unless you want to).And the outfit you described sounds nice enough to wear to the show

ive gone to 2 broadway shows and both times ive worn dresses. not extremely fancy ones but ones that are nice looking
