last few month I feel very weak does this have to do with anamia?

I started going gym 4 month ago. But the last few month I feel very weak, my heart seems 2 beat faster. I feel like I cant do anything does this has to do anything this with anamia?

I usually go gym in the morning, and have breakfast before an hour. I only lost 5 kg since then. Am not happy abt that.

I think anemia would have other signs first. I’d check your eating/sleeping patterns first. For me I workout best if I eat something small, and get a little bit of a nap before I go to the gym. Try something like that, and try to get motivated before walking into the gym door, it could really all just be a mental issue. Working out can be a drag after a while, esp if you are not getting what you want out of it.

Morning is not always the best time to go. Try changing up your schedule and increase the intensity of your workouts. Pedalling for 20 min on a bike is not going to be enough of a workout after a few months.

Do you eat before you go to the gym?

Yes I do have breakfast in the morning like an hour before I go to the gym. I work, and pick the afternoon my son from school. So morning time is the best for me.

I do cardio, bike, muscle training but no aerobics.
