Ways to take out my anger?

I am getting so pissed off just lately, I have really bad bruised knuckles from punching walls and stuff because I just get so angry, its really hard to put pressure on my hand now. I need other ways to get out my anger, and don’t just say “breathe in and out 5 times” because it really doesn’t help. Haha.

try this normally works for me, try and go to some place open and by your self e.g. countryside, a forest or on a beach when no one is there, scream your lungs out, yell like hell and you will finally break through the feeling I know it works for me

get a punching bag and take your anger out on that. or, get one of your pillows, picture someone’s face on there (someone you hate), and punch it over and over.

You must find other ways to cope before you find yourself in trouble or doing something you’ll deeply regret…I wish you the best !!

okay have you ever tried to get a stress ball I know its for stress but hey it work for me for when im angry FYI: just don`t try to bite it

Go to the gym and then you will get good results from your anger.

Try talking to someone to let out steam. I know that seems to help for me. Or, if you’re able to go to the gym as one person mentioned, you could see if they have punching tools for you to use. Good luck and I hope you find either someone to vent too or an object of some sort.

What you could try to do is Sit down take 10 deeps breath’s if not yet calm then find somthing soft(not a person!) and start punching it e.g a pillow. Or if that don’t help get anger managment they give some excellent tips and advice…

I had anger managment so I should know.

get into a fighting class. I used to have horrible anger issues which resulted in a few asult charges martial arts, MMA, Boxing anything like that really does help.

I used to take it out on my parents and family and now I write a letter to the person im pissed off at and burn it or draw a picture or you could punch your pillow or talk to someone not anyone a good person
