Take really good care of yout teeth and do whatever the ortho tells you to do. I originally was supposed to have braces for 4 years but now it's been lowered to a year and a half cause i've been doing EVERYTHING exactly as they told me to.
No. Braces work in a slow process. Slowly moving the teeth around, each time they tighten it, the teeth move more together. They have to do it gradually...that's just how it is.
