Does anybody know any ways to prevent panic attacks after smoking weed?

Sigh. You’re getting the rebound effects. Dont you think it perhaps means something that you’re suffering from severe anxiety because of a drg? Seriously, if despite suffering from consequences after using, you cant stop. You’ve got a problem. Oh, and no, I dont actually have an issue with people who use drgs. But you have a problem.

Oh, and the answer would be no. The panic att.acks are triggered because of the weed. You’re physically messing with the body leading to the increased heart rate, depressed breathing etc, which triggers the att.ack. If the dr*g is actually causing the att.acks, you need to find something else to deal with your anxiety. Which is probably why you’re using in the first place.

My story with this happened today and I want people to know. I love smoking weed but today I smoked a bowl like any other day but today it became the scariest thing thats ever happened, I was paniking and my friend thought I had low blood sugar and was having a hyperglacemia attack, which it was either that or I had a panik attack the best thing to do is to take a cold shower and to sit and rest and be with people to calm you down. Today couldn’t have been any worse my love of weed has now tuened into something I do not want to even think about.
