If it really bothers you you can just work on it yourself too. Eventually youll get a headache if you dont do anything about it..You can get a headache from a spot in your back anytime. You could have a headache from a spot in your foot, doesnt mattter where it is. That knot in you back can also be sore/hurt because of another knot, feel along the muscle to find where it leads you too and work on that area. It works like a link of chains, dominos I guess. With some muscles and knots you wont be able to relieve them until you work on another one. Try and sleep on your back btw, with your pillow comfortablt under oyur shoulderblades. But, the easiest way is the other answer I posted haha.
