  Fish oil and Flax seed oil are high in Omega 3's and 6's...and do wonders to make hair and skin healthy. Healthy hair doesn't break off as easily as unhealthy hair...(you take them like vitamins, don't put them on your hair :))....your hair will also be naturally shiny.
