Add vitamin and phosphorus in your diet and regular massage and deep conditioning will also help in hair growth. but if you want instant thick hair you can add some artificial hair strip within you hairs you can use colors too though it gives temporary thickness to your hair but instant too. or you can try wavy hair style to gives thicker look to your hair.
