What are ways to get a boy's attention if you have one class with him & pass by in about four classes?
Yes. go up and say Hi. it aint that hard. its not that random. and he wont think your weird for it. Dont throw paper at him, he will think your weird if you dont even know him. If you have a friend that can go up and say Hi with you it might make you less nervous. Just say Hey im _. and he'll say Hey im _. then ask him whats up, or what class he has next. smile alot. and be flirty.
Girls need to learn to make the first move more often
talk to him, make jokes, flirt. most guys dont pick up on subtle hints like girls think. and if you cant think of what to talk about pick a topic you know hes interested in and relate to it, everyone likes to talk about themselves(its a fact). ;)

Drop your pencil and ask him to pick it up, or your books or something. Then introduce your self, tell him how klutzy you are lol. :P I have done this.
write him a note with your phone number on it sayin text me sometime. he just might be too scared to talk to you as well and that'll get things started
