How to fix the water heater if it is not pumping hot water? My water heater is only 3 years old. Please help.
Water heaters only heat the water. They don’t “pump” the water.
It is probably not cold enough in Arlington for your water pipes to freeze, so most likely you have hard water deposits built up inside your tank. They “do” make a product where you can shut your water supply off… open up your tank and pour into it the product that will break up the hard water deposits, but it is only good for a little while. Your best bet will be to simply replace the tank.
