How should I dress on my grad day?

ok..so I have black hair, tan skin, brown eyes… a really cute brown/black grad dress.. and I dunno what accessories or shoes or even what makeup and hairstyle to do! It’s a spaghetti strap and ends at my knees. What should I do?

Personally, I don’t really understand these kinds of questions. No offense or anything. It’s hard to give advice to someone on what they should wear and whatnot when you don’t know them, their style, exactly what they’re wearing, etc. Also–I mean–you should dress yourself here since it’s your day. WIth having said that–my advice is going to be a guideline to help you choose instead of just telling you what to do.

The rule of thumb is to dress for the occasion. Simplicity., comfort and elegance is key when dressing for ceremonial events. But you’re young and it’s high school graduation, too–getting funky and fun and showing your personality is acceptable. So just think about it–envision yourself how you want to look at feel that night, and dress accordingly.
