Everyone has some sexual insecurities, some for obvious and sensible reasons, others who seem to have no reason for their hang ups. I was like you. No one could touch me, and all my relationships failed, but I didn’t then remember my abuse, I had kept is repressed. The mind will play tricks on you to cope with the trauma, but no one can lead you through the recovery and rehabilitation better than a kind and professional therapist. Personally I’m opposed to medication in these situations, but that may still be a root for you to consider under the guidance of a professional. You need to talk about what happened, talk about your feelings and your reactions to people, and intimacy, to find out how to cope and get better. As time goes on, you will be more comfortable, and find there is still love out there for you that won’t make you run and cringe, but till you can be more comfortable with yourself, you can’t commit in love anyway. Take the time you need to find you, and feel you. Love yourself, love your friends, and know that when you have resolved some of this past, you will be a new person, who can create a new you and a new life, in which the past has no hold of you. You may deal with memories and pain all your life, but you have a lot left to live, and more place for new better memories than place for the bad. :)
