I don’t think you have to be a certain age to go to warped tour…Though the majority of the teens that go are older. Hope This Helped….

It depends where you buy the tickets…But from what I looked up it costs roughly $50 dollars…You are going to need to look around though,if your are gonna go…Good Luck :)
