Well, I don't know why you'd ever want to be fat, most people want to be slim, but hey, it's your life, so I'll help you out. You shouldn't gain more than 2 pounds a week, if you do, your body won't have time to adjust to your new size, which can lead to a whole pile of other complications. You should excersise and all that, but do it minimally. Increase your daily calorie intake by 500 cals. There are sites you can visit to calculate how many cals are needed to maintain your weight, so just add 500 to that. For most adult and teen females, average intake is 2000, so make it 2500. I still don't reccommend purposly getting fat, because that's abusing the healthy body you were blessed with. Curvy is one thing, but fat? Why not put on just a few pounds for some curves and leave it at that, you need to accept yourself for who you are, fat or skinny.
