Probably not. I think employees would have to be bondable as there is money. Though it might depend what the felony is.

That is a big problem and a felon may have a better chance of getting hired by a private company, public companies have a lot more policies in place the would hinder this.

In vegas we do. But we check what the person has done. Like if some shot someone. Or dosent have good people skills, they don’t hire. Reason like that and stuff

no my boyfriend got a job at walmart in bc somewhere and all he had was a red flag meaning they were watching him and he couldnt work there anymore
