alrite I know this is going to sound ridiculous but put a towel in the freezer before you go to bed and then after you take your shower and get dressed fold the towel and hang it around your neck, it wakes you up and is pretty comfortable. I learned it from a buddy of mine when we were down in florida fr spring training and only getting like 3 hrs of sleep
Wake up and take a hot shower or a cold one. Get dressed and if your still a little sleepy pat both cheeks strongly, but not make ing it seem like a slap. Drink some water or juice with something healthy to eat, no sweets or sugary foods. You'll have a sugar rush in the morning, later in the afternoon you'll get really tired.
i personally wake up an 2 hours b4 having to go somewhere relax for a half hour with a cup of a coffee shower then b4 i leave i take an energy drink with me. it wakes me up pretty good. but the healthiest way to wake up would prob be to shower and take a vitamin b complex for energy and metabolism and drink lots of water.
Wake up take a shower and if it's sunny outside eat an apple in the sun. I have no idea why but this has always helped wake me up incredibly. Also starts my day off on the right foot :)
I've been told the best way for waking up us either eating a whole apple, taking a jog, or taking a cold shower.
Well, healthiest would be shower, then coffee then energy drinks, those things have so much caffeine in them.
the best way is to take a quick shower and then if ur still not completely up try a single cup of coffee
exercise can wake a person up. It gets the blood flowing and will make you feel more awake
Whenever I wake up for school I always take a hot shower.
