Vivid dreams?

I’ve had these very weird vivid dreams for the past half a year. I had a dream I was raped and almost killed and was cut all over from the knife. Then I saw the ghost of a girl who was killed by the rapist. That’s just one. My dreams are very weird. Is there a meaning behind these dreams? Sometimes they seem sooo real, I actually think it is real. What’s wrong with me?
