Virgin mobile

we have had this service for three years. and I have to admit I hate it. it takes forever to get a live advisor, and my recent phone the aloha, as well as my friends alohas too, wont work. it is just this type of phone that wont work and it is ticking me off. we have been trying to make it work but it wont :(. if anyone knows how to help me with this problem, id appreciate it, and if you dont like virgin mobile, just tell me.. they are making me mad

virgin mobile signals branch off of sprint so truthfully its sprints fault but there is a way to get reset in the network I am getting it done supposedly it makes you phone run a lot faster

I unsure of what the aloha is … but I hate vergin mobile as well I used to have it and always had troubles. And their phones suck.. No reception anywhere. Errr.
