What was the bloodiest battle in the war?
I'd think the Tet Offensive...started January 30, until September 23, 1968...
Between 1000 and 2000 Americans died overall, about 150 at Khesanh, and 100 at Hue.
Communist losses were 40-50000 including around 10000 each at Khesanh and Hue.

True phrannie, but I was looking at in in a timeline perspective.
3 days = 300 (americans) dead as opposed to 9 months = 2000 (americans) dead
I think it would have been Ia Drang valley (1965). The battle was only 3 days long but roughly 300 soldiers were killed.
You would probably get your homework done faster if you went to wikipedia and looked it up.

Good point, jimahl...:)
