Getting very white teeth
Okay,I have really bad teeth because when I was little I never brushed my teeth,and I had a lot of sugars.I need some tips on getting my teeth white before school starts back up!!!

brushing, flossing and using mouth wash are all a good start. there are some whiting toothpastes that help as well as new whiting mouthwashes, some work better than others. there is a new set of crest whitestrips that are only for 5 min a day that doesnt damage the enamel on your teeth. you can also talk to your dentist about getting them laser whitened. its expensive, but works very well.
well… I don’t recomend crest white strips… cause they just damage your teeth by scraping off a layer ( it makes your teeth thinner and not stronger)… I guess the best way is to brush after every meal and I recomend rinsing with Oral-B Amosan cause that really rinses out gingivitis as well as other stuff.. but over all I see results of my teeth becoming whiter when I rinse with it =)
