It depends on the coloring of the veins. If they are a bluish-green, try putting a peachy-colored eyeshadow LIGHTLY underneath. You could also buy eye serums and concealers for under your eye.
A natural way that may help a little is getting a lot of sleep & drinking plenty of water.

I had a blue vein under my eye for years. I had gone to several places and no one would touch it. I recently found a place in Pgh. called Acqua blu medical spa and plastic surgery center.
