Vegitarian wanting to lose some weight

ok… I’m 16 5’2” and 147lbs… my weight usually from anwear around 143lbs to 150lbs. and I would really like to get to at least 130lbs… I walk a lot. and dont have ewnough time to do hard exerciseing. I’m starting to drink lots of water. and I am considering going on a temperary vegan diet. is this an okay choice. should I or are then any other ideas. and if I do go this rout are there any ideas on food that would be good. I know a lot of vegitarian food can be fattening.

eat meat still. its just tha you need to eat 5 small meals. and just change your habbit..no fast food and if you have to eat fast food get grill chicken sadwich and jsut eat the meat not the bread..eat wheat bread from now on.

you can just eat healthy and continue to walk but do it for 1 hour everyday join a sport if you have to and dont eat junk foods
