Is it normal to have one knot after a Vasectomy?

can anyone help me please when my husband had his vasectomy u could feel 2 knots but for a while there is only one knot is this normal?

Dear lindseykav, This is a good question for your doctor. I have never heard of the tie coming undone…well not until much later in life and I think that is very rare but this is enough of a concern for you to get a doctors opinion ASAP. Also remember to use birth control for at least 3 months after and only after he has been tested and shown not to have active sperm. Sue…good luck
