Maybe the guy puts some sort of lubricant on his penis when he's masturbating (a lot of guys do that), and you're allergic to it ? Ask about it maybe ? Or like Kiasu said, it could be an allergy to semen.
It is possible for a woman to be alergic to semen.
This could be possible if you do not get irritated when you use a condom.
