Why do I have some discharge all the time?

its something I’ve always felt insecure about. I know its normal to have it but people say you should only have it sometimes like right before your period, but I have some discharge ALL THE TIME..its not heavy or have a weird color or anything..the smell isnt great but it isnt repulsive..but I always have SOME everyday and I hate it. I wonder if I have a yeast infection, but I’ve had the same amount for years, and wouldnt a yeast infection get noticeably worse over time not stay the same? it would start itching or something right?

also, I would feel insecure doing anything sexual because of the discharge. im always like “well I can never have s*x becuase of my stupid vaginal discharge because the guy will think its gross”, and thats something I also stress about a lot. please help and tell me if this is normal.

If it’s not thick and chunky or smelly than it’s normal. Every girl has some discharge and it varies for the time of the month. Some girls discharge more than others. If it don’t burn, itch, or smell, then I wouldn’t worry too much. If it’s thick and gooey in your underwear you are worried about your boyfriend seeing chances are he won’t pay any attention. Most guys are aware girls get exicted and wet and he will just think it’s do to your heightened sexual state and most likely wont even notice.
