Hey, I want some products (cheap) to help maintain my vagina and make sure it doesnt smell ect ect… I heard of Sweet spot, but thats just in america, I live in the UK, near ipswich… help please…
Mild soap and water to the external parts, no douching, you can use baby wipes to feel fresh. If you have an unusual odor or discharge, you need to go to the Doc and get checked.
I just want to mention something. Please don’t douche. It’s bad for your vagina. Other then that. Carry some feminine wipes with you. They really help you feel fresh.
Lil lets intimate care mousse seems to be the best. You just use it in the shower and it is really gentle and doesn’t sting at all. Use it as part of your daily showering/bathing routine. You can get it from most shops superdrugs/boots ect. Also there is a spray called femfresh to use when out and about. x
