How do you update an android phone?
I have an iPhone and my mom wants me to update her android phone for her and I have no idea how. How do you update it?
The only ways I know of is if ur phone sends an update u can do it that way or take it to ur phone company and they can install updates
If you upgrade your android phone, two possibilities may happen ;
- If you have a jail broken android phone, You will lose your jailbreak
- If you have an unlocked android phone, you may lost it too.
Before updating your android phone , you need to take backup of your data files from your android phone . After that, use unlock code and (get unlocking instructions from any of the online vendors like http://www.mobileunlockguide.com)to unlock it . It doesn’t requires jailbreaking and it is one of the permanent unlocking solution too. After unlocking your android phone using this method, you can update or downgrade your android phone without any interruption . it won’t gets locked again . If you have completed unlocking and updating process, you can use restore service to restore your data files from backup .
