Unwanted bugs In My Bedroom

So I have my bedroom in the basement, and I understand that insects live down here but I find at least one a day and it creeps me out… its mostly spiders and centapeeds I was just wondering if there is anything I can do to keep them away! besides using bug spray all over my bed!! :( thankss

There are fly traps and other traps for things like spiders that they sell at Home Depot or other home-type stores. Centapeds are harmless, but you could poison them too if they are bothering you.
