My faince found out 2 months ago he was a father. His daughter is almost two. He had a one night stand. Anyways his daughters mother calls all day and texts all day. He has been demoted at work because of it. If he wont talk to her she wont let him she his daughter. she has called and said she cant take care of her she has no food, ext. She calls and says her boyfriend beats her not the daughter. Called and said she didnt want her she was signing over all rights. Called and said her house was serched by the police for drugs and it was! She has been sick all, but one time we have had her. Has called and said she had no home to live in. Last time we had her she was not clean. calls and says childish things like she is on drugs and hungs up. Calls and says give me money and hangs up. what should we do???
umm well how about just taking cosdody of the child.. she is obviously in an unfit houshold to live in.. either put the daughter into child services or take her costody.. she needs help..

Call a lawyer? Has he taken a DNA test to make sure it is his? You'd probably get custody?
