Um...Actually scared..

My brother’s friend got arrested..{alvro} He got caught stealing gum or some crap. My brother was stupid enough to just STAY there and watch! {me:retard} Sooo my brother got brought in for questions and he only said what he saw which was not much, and this other kid Kenny was there and all the kid{one who got arrested} was trying to blame the whole thing on him. do you think my brother and kenny will still get in trouble even though they just got questiond?

if anything comes out true yes! he can get in trouble!he will be placed in defered entery of judgement wich is very similar to probation! 6 moths at the most if he does good he will be fine! as a minor you can get a way with many things especially if you get caught for the first time! but dont be fooled, they tell you that it wont matter once your 18…WRONG! I dont know why they tell this lie!

Probably not much will come from this…THIS time - make sure your brother learns the lesson about choosing the type of friends to hang around - Life is choices…we need to make good ones !!

depending on the age of your brother especially if he is your age or younger then no you are classified as a “minor” and in most states all you will get is a slap on the wrist and besides if they are just asking him questions then its no big deal unless he just randomly admits he committed a crime and even then as I said above all you will get is a slap on the wrist aka a warning.

nah they wont. dont wory bout it and the most that will happen if they stole gum or candy opr watever would just be a misdemeaner which isnt much not a felony or anything
