Twitching eyelid.

Sometimes I’ll be just sitting and my lower eyelid starts twitching. Why is this ? Majority of the time its my left eyelid like it’s doing it right now. I hate it! Any advice on how to get rid of it?

I get this too so I know exactly what you’re talking about and it’s just eye spasms. Nothing to be alarmed about but it can because because lack of sleep, stress, prolonged starring or eye strain, or it could even be hereditary. Hope this helps.

dont worry no one can see it. even though it feels like its twitching its just a nerve in your eye.

I hate when my eye does that! And it’s usually my left eye too.

I’m not sure what causes it but I’m sure it’s nothing to be worried about.

And yes, people can see it. Mine was twitching and my cousin’s girlfriend was like, “Why’s your eye twitching?” I was like, “I don’t know!” It can be seen, but it’s not extremely noticable.
