as Mandyloo says; its really all about hormones. when your homones are all a-ragin’, you get horny. and more often than not, when you get horny, you start thinking about sexual activities, which can lead to being turned on.

Hormones. You could also be subconiously thinking about sex or something that is sexual to you.
