Tummy Toning

I have heard really good recomendations of the leg master and was wondering if there is anything similar to this that is great for toning abs???

Do a lot of ab workouts with cardio. First you have to burn the fat then you can build muscle itll be easier when you dont have a layer of fat there. There are hundreds of ab workouts look them up online and print them out and do them at home or at the gym, there easy. Do a certain amount a day and dont skip a day, and after a couple months you should see results…yes I know it takes a long time, you have to be patient and positive and just keep thinking that you have more time to go and that youll get there. Try eating healthy too, with that and excersize it makes a good combo
