What are some super quick ways to get rid of a tummy ache??? PLEASE HELP!!!

I heard peppermint tea helps. but most likely you don’t have that just lying around your kitchen. alka seltzer is good. tums—mylanta–pepcid ac—tr why going potty? drink a glass of water? hope you feel better, sucks to be yucky:(
