Advice on how to get over trust issues?
im having trust issues hardcore like. it started when my girlfriend told me she had a ex boyfriend over and a lot of crap was going through my mind well anyways I asked her if anything happened then she blew up on me…she like why cant you trust me im like well ud get pissed if a ex of mine came over…well what can I do to like stop thinkin shes cheating?

hah she needs to really see it from your shoes, I’d be suspicious too. Considering she wouldnt like it if you had an ex over, why would she put you in that situation? We all have doubt and suspicions and stuff but just talk to her cus if you’re worried a lot cus she’s always with other guys she’s probably the type of girl to do stuff with those guys lol. But if she isnt that type of girl you could just be getting a little jealous like I do sometimes and you just gotta kinda cope with it
It’s normal for guys to think that especially bout and ex because they datoed scence they had gotten along well so its resonable to think they still have a kind of conection. But you should give her a chance and trust her untill she proves you other wise. Becasue the clingy guy situation gets old after a while. But it’s also not fair for her to snap she should talk to you about it and understand why it is you may suspect soemthing or feel the way you do
