There are actually some pretty strange scholarships out there, a teacher of mine got a scholarship for being left handed, there’s one for having different iris(eye) colors. I don’t know about the type of scholarship you’re talking about, but just try exploring your options, try asking your teachers and whatnot.
Well, I must say that I have never heard of such a strange scholarship in my life. Perhaps it is true, but I would depend on other things to get a scholarship…such as academics, sports, etc.
There’s also the fact that such a scholarship would make it quite easy to get into a college- especially if not having a perm is the only prerequisite.
