I agree to imlonely. Veggies and fruits are digested faster than fatty food. Food with a lot of dietary fiber is also digested fast.

Fatty and sweet food are in your system longer.

So I guess that people who eat a lot of healthy food digest faster and they are also fitter. But if a very fit person decided to eat a mega-size hamburger with a lot of sauce and a pile of fatty fries, then he’d also have to sit down and digest that for the rest of the day.

Of course, a person who does a lot of sports or physical work will use more energy and thus be hungrier. But that is the same for very fit people and rather un-fit people. Both will be hungry as hell in the evening if they carry bricks across a building site all day. Just the fit person won’t have sore muscles while the un-fit person will.

Some of them has a high metabolic rate. in which the foods they eat are digested faster. Try checking METABOLISM :)
