is it true you can eat your gum wrapper with your gum?

It depends on the wrapper - some are just paper with vegetable dyes, so , while they’re still “paper”, they are safe to eat, although not intended to eat.

My son told me that Big Red gum is more intense if you eat the INNER wrapper, so I tried it several times. No problems, but also not more intense. And also not as good an experience. Useful for shock value though. I would recommend NOT eating foil wrappers.

I also have eaten peanuts still in the shell. Again great shock value, but not so great mouth feel. The shell is too fibrous

i get stride gum and they make the wrapper edible so thr is no litter, i think thats cool

it depends on the gum. with stride gum and some other gums, you can eat the paper because its made of soy or vegetables. but with other gums, like 5 gum, they have foil wrappers that arent meant to be eaten.

well yeah, i mean you don’t swallow the gum and the wrapper has no bad flavor so sure why not.

If you eat it with stride, than yes it dissolves… it tastes fine

Haha, I’m not so sure that applies for ALL brands but I do hear you can do it with like 5 Gum. I wouldn’t do it though.

i wouldnt do it with 5 gum because the wrappers made of foil…

yes, as long as its not the foil! the paper-y kind is okay, but i wouldn’t eat too much of it :)
