What do I do about this love triangle?

My ex and I broke up because he didn’t talk to me for 2 weeks!!! Now he wants me back but i said i would wait till this guy, that likes me and i like him, that i would wait till he broke up with his girlfriend in a few months, (because he is going to Paris over the summer). The problem is that my ex is one of my closest friends and I am worried that if i say no that he will not want to be my friend anymore. Is that cheating???

No actually it sounds like your confused because it looks that your ex, is just your backup, and nobody should have to go through that

No thats not cheating. He didnt speak to you for 2 weeks so you are broken up! he wants you back all of the sudden but you dont want to becos your waiting on someone else. If you dont wanna go back out with your ex then dont, and if he is going to be immature about it and not be your friend thats his problem not yours, but he will get over it eventually.
